FOI(2010) 30 Deadlines for release of information
FOI(2010) 31Initial response deadline of no more than 15 days
Article 40 of the General Administrative Code (1999) obligates a public agency to provide a decision on allowing or denying access to public information immediately or no later than 10 days after receipt of the application requesting public information. Public agency should inform the applicant about the grounds for its decision and legislation applied. The law does not envisage extension of the 10 day time limit.
